Okay, three posts in a row ...
I think these trivets have been the most functional kid workshop project that we have ever attended at Home Depot. The project didn't include the tile so we went down to the tile section and sort of let the kids choose what they wanted. The plan is to use them for the Thanksgiving dinner. We'll just have to remember to pack them in the car!

OK - they so did not have ANY tile that fit by the time we got there. We saw the package of your top left tile ripped open and took one but they wouldn't let us buy it because it was not sold individually and only in a pack of 12. So Jack painted his a lovely brown and we use it even though it is not heat resistant. Fun project though. I'm excited for the wagons!
