I have begun to follow Psychology Today blogs (in addition to friend's blogs - my family has yet to jump on the blogging bandwagon) as a result of attending a webinar featuring neuoroscientist and middle school teacher Judy Willis. From my understanding neuroscience (a.k.a. brain research) is a relatively new field with fascinating implications for just about everything: parenting, education, social work, television, etc. I came upon this article about Susan Boyle, the newest international sensation from Scotland who has been viewed by over 40 million people on You Tube for her, uh, voice. Don't get me wrong. Her voice is great. Although, this article gives some insight as to why she might be so famous. Click the link below and at least skim the article.
